Policies and FAQ’s

OF COURSE WE ARE PET FRIENDLY!!!! However, we do ask that pets be kept on leash. Although we know our pets, other guests do not and can be nervous around loose dogs. Everyone wants to relax and enjoy their stay, so please respect everyone’s space.

Currently, we do NOT charge a pet fee as most resorts do. We ask everyone to clean up after their pets, regularly. Please use the fully equipped pet stations provided. Do not throw pet waste in with garbage.

Some cabins and the lodge are year-round rentals. The last week of June until first week of September are weekly, Saturday - Saturday rentals only. Off season can be nightly with a minimum of 2 nights booking.

Check in is 3:00 ish. Check out is 10:00 ish. Guests are always welcome to arrive early. They can park at their cabin and enjoy the grounds until their cabin is ready. No one wants to leave early either! We can work around various departure times. No rush!

All the cabins are fully equipped. We provide mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring their own linens, bedding, towels, pillows. We do have some if you have forgotten anything, please don’t hesitate to ask.

We have kayaks, paddle boards and a pedal boat. Life jackets must be worn. We do have some Small, Med, Large, and Extra-large. At least one of each. There are no fees to use as they are free for all Stevenson guests.

Starting in 2026 we will require a 25% deposit in January to hold your reservation. The balance is due at the time of your stay.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to your stay. If more than 4 weeks, we are happy to apply your deposit to another booking for up to 2 years.
